Guys, what follows is intended to be helpful. I found this episode far too long. The main reason for this is that there’s too much discussion of process - about where the episode’s going, about the need for feedback, about previous episodes etc. The emphasis needs to focus more on the content under discussion with the minimum of preamble and process. I am interested in the subjects you present and you both speak well, but far too much process clutter for me. Stephen in the UK.
